Next, you need to rethink what it means to be healthy. Health isn’t merely the absence of disease. There are things you can do right now to help preserve your health in the future. You don’t have to sit around and wait for an issue to take action. You owe it to yourself to take steps towards health every day.

Cathleen L is an intuitive life speaker and energy healer who shares powerful solutions to overcome trauma and shift limiting beliefs for a full and dazzling life.
Cathleen channels the divine to guide her clients to release limiting blocks and beliefs. She is certified in the healing modality RIM (Regenerating Images in Memory), she has studied shamanic healing, LoveLight Illuminations, and has worked with the Body Code. She is also a Certified Canfield Trainer.
With a mix of humor, empathy and spiritual healing, Cathleen builds awareness through speaking, 1 to 1 coaching, and group sessions. Her focus is on emotional wellness, suicide prevention, stress reduction and grief coping to ignite a spark in the lives of those she touches.
